Booking & Cancellations

  • Bookings are confirmed upon quote approval.
  • A 24-hour cancellation notice is required to reschedule without a cancellation fee.
  • A $50 cancellation fee applies to same-day cancellations or no-shows.

Vehicle Condition

  • Cure Lab is not responsible for pre-existing paint defects, scratches, or damage not documented prior to service.
  • Vehicle condition is photographed before every job.
  • Any pre-existing damage is noted in writing before work begins.

Additional Charges

  • Heavily soiled vehicles, pet hair, or excessive odor may require additional charges.
  • You will be notified before any additional services are performed.

Payment

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept cash, Venmo, Cashapp, and card payments.
